Engineering team and processes

The service Management team is a highly empowered, small team where developers have full scope and work on end-to-end ownership, not doing pieces. You would be empowered to take it from design to servicing. Super efficient, follow Agile methodologies, we follow scrum but are not pedantic on it. The team is small, fails fast, fast decisions, learn and move on. Self-motivated people who are not following orders but can think and actually improve across all of RMS. Great collaborators are encouraged to apply, if you work best in a fast-moving environment where your voice will matter you will be a great fit at RMS. This team is front and center for this company and has a direct customer impact.
