Flat org with fluid collaboration and partnering across teams to accelerate technology innovation and product development. The teams organizes in Squads
inclusive of Product Managers, Product Designers and Developers in addition to close collaboration with the Data and Infrastructure teams
Scalability of our existing systems.
We've done a great of getting us from 0-1 in our first 4 years. Now it's about building long terms, sustainable, scalable and efficient products/services/systems.
We're at an inflection point of new growth and opportunity.
FEE/FS engineers are building all things related to products and user-facing content/tools that our patients rely on. This is all in service of providing access to high quality healthcare for all.
Backend Engineers are currently scaling all our systems and services to handle this new phase of growth.
Some things we're working on: 1) moving from batch to real-time data processing 2) Porting all our monolithic services into microservices and RESTful API development 3) Introducing ML into our stack and building the infrastructure for Data Science and ML teams to productionize models.
Our mobile team is going 0-1, building the first mobile version of our app for the world. More to come here!
