Engineering team and processes

We're a small agile development team that delivers quickly and efficiently. Through targeted development we've grown enormously over the last few years. We are a process-lite organization that believes in automation and streamlining processes. We follow an agile methodology that allows us to react to customer needs quickly.

Technical Challenges

We integrate with a lot of external systems, from SMS providers like Twilio, payment processors like Stripe and CRM tools like HubSpot and Intercom. Being a messaging platform, we support high throughput rates and low latency. Even though we're a small company, our modern architecture can often support much higher throughput rates than the downstream providers. Creating efficient algorithms to manage and distribute this traffic while maintaining low latency is key to our success.

  • Build a URL shortening service which works at scale and can be used for sending millions of personalized messages and still provide usable insights for our customers.

  • Build a next generation platform to power chat bots
