Engineering at Scality
We have a weekly cadence with a quick prioritization/retrospective meeting at the start of the week. The goal is to breakdown the work into weekly units of work so that we have predictable outcomes. Engineers on the team play different roles, some of them being Technical Leads, some of them being project maintainers. Though the company is distributed the team in San Francisco works as an autonomous unit for flexibility. The team is prides upon moving at not fast but a comfortable pace to deliver quality code on time.

Built an open source and enterprise ready S3 object storage
You would be working on building our next generation version of the product leveraging Kubernetes, Go, Node.js and MongoDB. It will be interesting solving problems that are Petabyte-scale on High Performance Computing environments
