Our approach to building products is predicated on one core belief: customers don't care what you think they should want — they want what they want. Experimenting with multiple products is our way of discovering the intersection of what people want and bringing people closer together through content.

Engineering at Scout
Our engineering team is small (2) and works directly with the CEO, our designer and PM. We don't yet have formal sprints, value clear priorities and specs via designs, and over-communication with live hangouts on Tandem. We are all co-located in Pacific timezone.
Realtime audio and video via Apple's ReplayKit and Agora! Tons of really cool technical challenges.
