Role Description

Scout Our mission is to connect people through content. We're building a new consumer social platform focused on a new type of creator — curators. While we're not quite ready to share more publicly, we are more than happy to dive-in over a call.

Products. On occasion, we build fun products in-line with our mission of bringing people together through content. So far, we have shipped:,, and Stan (in private beta).

Funding. We have raised $1.2 million to-date and are proud to be backed and advised by some of the best leaders in the world including founders and executives from Nextdoor, TikTok, YouTube, Cameo, Loom and more.

You Highly-communicative. You are or are willing to become a great communicator. You value clear priorities, documented decisions, and frequent communication with your engineering, design, and product partners.

Well-rounded. You can jump into code across the stack and pick up on new languages quickly. You appreciate thinking through, challenging, and providing feedback on product and design decisions.

Desire to grow into leadership or PM. This role has a clear path to becoming a Technical Lead or Product Manager as the team grows.

Experience with or willingness to learn React Native. You have solid front-end iOS / React Native experience and love building beautiful, performant, and impactful products. You have a portfolio of polished and high-performing apps you've built or helped build in the past.
