We are an Agile shop. It's a very flat hierarchy. Each developer owns their own platform and projects. Most projects are contributed to do individually. The CTO works closely with every developer to tie all of the platforms and projects together.
We have a worldwide distributed architecture and provide real-time desktop and mobile streaming software. We are constantly fighting latency issues as well as operating at massive scale. Further, we continue to grow rapidly and have to update our systems to manage this growth.
Rebuild Windows Desktop client with better streaming technology. You would be the lead engineer for all windows platform products and projects.
