Engineering at Sequin
Sequin is hiring for its first engineer. As a founding engineer, this is an exciting opportunity to build a fintech from the ground up, set technical direction, hire, and drive the technical vision.
Sequin is at the epicenter of many partners in the payments ecosystem (Plaid, Visa, Credit Reporting Services, tbd Stripe, Dwolla, Finix etc.) Accuracy and precision are critical in partner integration and consumer-facing financial experience.
Currently, Sequin monitors existing credit cards, credit scores, and sends SMS alerts to customers to make micro - credit card payments (and boost credit scores).
You would be building a platform to support multiple credit cards, and pay those cards off from within a single Sequin credit platform on behalf of users.
Sequin will be an intermediary in the credit card payment path and front the credit card payment to improve the liquidity of customers.
