Engineering team and processes

Our engineering organization structure is fairly flat, with all levels of engineers having meaningful impact on the product. We run two-week sprints, using standard tools like Gitlab and JIRA for workflow.

Technical Challenges

Geo-locating: involves interfacing w/ different hardware; crowdsourcing data; ML to improve our understanding of where consumers are. Strong identity model on top.
