Engineering at Highlight
We're a small team that operates a remote agile model on two-week sprints. Members of the team have a lot of autonomy and responsibility to make decisions, with guidance and leadership from product management. We like our developers to understand the business so they can make informed decisions about how they structure their solutions to meet business needs.
We handle lots of unstructured text data for product feedback and require methods to categorize that data and surface the most useful insights for our clients.
