At Sigmoid Health, our vision is to develop products that give individuals a greater voice in their healthcare decisions. For starters, our users will manage and control their health information in a secure mobile app. Because we are in stealth mode, we will explain the larger product roadmap with interested candidates that are a good fit for this role. Engineering at Sigmoid Health
As we are a very early state startup, there are daily check-ins. We leave it up to the engineer to define the process that suits them.
At this stage, the team structure is flat.
Security of healthcare data. Rapidly evolving healthcare data formats and standards. We still have to deal with health care providers not yet migrating to the new standards.
Integrate with electronic health record systems using APIs.
Develop an internal application for review of health records and content.
Develop a mobile app for consumers.
Develop machine learning models for clinical decision making.

As we are early stage, we are committed to hiring individuals based on their experience and capacity to innovate, irrespective of background.
We match 100% of contributions up to the first 3% and then 50% of contributions from 3%-5%.
We use uber eats to order food.
We pay 100% of Employee coverage and 50% for dependents for Medical, Dental, and Vision. Employees will cover the remaining 50% for any family they choose to enroll.
Social impact driven
We are located in the Santa Clara Square buildings, in SPACES which has a same feel to WeWork. There are plenty of restaurants, a couple of banks, Starbucks, and Whole Foods within walking distance. There is a huge apartment community also within walking distance.
