Engineering at Snapdocs
We organize ourselves into
pods of 3-8 people, typically a combination of engineers, designers, and possibly a PM. (If you're familiar with the Spotify model, you'll have a sense of what we do.)
We are a small team, and so our engineers wear many hats. We have challenges for
A nearly limitless number of workflows that can be re-conceptualized as Rails apps.
- We rapidly iterate rails applications. Daily release to paying customers who use our software to run their business. We need someone who can gather requirements, spec features, implement and ship.
- Full stack, where the stack includes a happy, paying customer.
- We're sitting on a mountain of interesting data, much of which is in the form of PDF files. Maybe by combing OCR, natural language process, a little machine learning (or a little common sense), we could glean some awesome insights? We need someone to hit this hard.
