Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team has most of the SWEs based in San Francisco, we have SREs in Dublin as well. We operate in standard two week sprints, and parallel design sprints as needed. Daily stand-ups are essential part of our culture. We use Slack to communicate team wide. One of the few rules we have is no deployments ever on Friday - this has helped us maintain healthy weekends.

Technical Challenges

We are revamping our audience infrastructure to be able to work with multiple DSPs (Demand Side Platforms), and build new version of our data ingestion and machine learning pipeline alongside our Data Science team.
