Engineering at SoLo Funds

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates on two week sprints. Each sprint begins with a meeting to discuss time estimates for features and ends with a demo meeting, where each engineer can show off the work they've completed. Engineers typically work with a designer and others to spec a feature, then work on the feature individually. We use pull request on Github to conduct code reviews. All engineers are have the power to push to production, which we often do with the implementation of features and quality updates.

Technical Challenges

We're building a machine learning system (score) that requires us to handle many events.
