We are a small, lean, and fast growing company with lots of really experienced and talented people. Our team consists of alums from YC, Lyft, Fitbit, Uber, Envoy, and we are backed by a group of great Silicon Valley investors. Our founders are all engineers too!

We're working off a proven model — The model we're using has been proven out by similar companies in the Chinese market: in China, bike-sharing represents a billion-dollar revolution with more than 100 million apps downloaded and billions of rides taken on millions of bikes. We're building off their success.
Vehicle sharing is the future of urban transit —The percentage of people using personal mobility vehicles in urban environments is growing. The number of riders saw a big increase between 2012 and 2017, increasing from around 51 million riders to slightly more than 66 million riders in 2017.
Cities are spending $500M+ in the next few years to build out cycling infrastructure — Cities like Atlanta, Chicago, Baltimore, Portland, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Austin are all embracing more progressive pro-vehicle sharing policies and plans. This will only make it easier for us to expand into those cities.
Engineering at Spin
Our engineering team consists of product engineers and backend gurus that are passionate about creating finely polished and intuitive experiences and, at the same time, obsess over performance and reliability of what we build. We challenge the status quo and strive towards finding the best way to solve problems.
We place a high value in learning and growth and spend Fridays hacking on passion projects to promote creativity. We promote being a more well rounded engineer by working on different parts of the engineering stack. We also work in very small groups to keep processes and overhead low, so we have a lot of trust and accountability to perform the work required to build the best product.
