SplitSpot is working to make renting easy for both renters and landlords. As a managed marketplace for apartment room rentals, we provide accessible and flexible urban housing for renters, and a end-to-end marketing, sales, and tenant management service to property owners.

Our team-members understand the issues that come with rental management, because we are renters, owners, and everything in between. We've lived through the pitfalls and now we're using our experience and technological innovations to make the process better.
