Engineering at Springshare

Engineering team and processes

We have a flat structure as a small team, but follow industry-standard software SDLC practices including 3-week sprints, scheduled releases, peer-code reviews etc. and use GitHub extensively for our code, issue tracking and scrum/Kanban

Technical Challenges

We're doing everything we can to scale our products to serve the ever-increasing customer base, deliver modern UI/UX, and keep costs low (which is an important consideration in our industry)

Projects you might work on
  • You would build an Angular frontend for our existing application(s)

  • You would improve the backend and make it more robust and scalable

Tech stack

Working at Springshare

We are immensely customer-focused across all departments. That said, we do not have code cowboys on the technical team. We want good, well-thought out solutions, the ability for developers to take initiative and to follow through with solutions, work closely and proactively with technical and non-technical people alike.
