We have a flat structure as a small team, but follow industry-standard software SDLC practices including 3-week sprints, scheduled releases, peer-code reviews etc. and use GitHub extensively for our code, issue tracking and scrum/Kanban
We're doing everything we can to scale our products to serve the ever-increasing customer base, deliver modern UI/UX, and keep costs low (which is an important consideration in our industry)
You would build an Angular frontend for our existing application(s)
You would improve the backend and make it more robust and scalable
