Engineering at Spruce
Junior engineers report to VP of engineering, senior - directly to the CTO. Process is what you would call a variation of kanban. We're specifically heavy on intra-team communication, asking questions and sharing information.
We're an escrow agency for most of our closings, which is essentially a bank - a click, an API call, or a database transaction can potentially cost thousands of dollars out of our pocket.
