Our guests stay with us for 2 to 200 nights, and our average review score after thousands of stays is 4.88, higher than the Ritz Carlton.

Powering everything we do is a proprietary software and data platform, designed to inform every aspect of our guest experience and operations. We use this software internally, and also share some aspects of our technology with the ecosystem, including Wheelhouse.

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates in one week increments. We start each iteration with a session to pull items from the backlog. Engineers work with product managers and designers to define requirements and the related technical solution. We use Github PRs to manage code reviews and deploy into production using Docker and Terraform.

    Employees can contribute up to $260 in pre-tax income to pay for public transportation and/or parking ($520 total, if enrolled in both parking and transportation programs). In addition the company will contribute up to $50 via Wageworks at the employees election. Any amount in excess of the amount outlined about will be funded with post-tax income dollars.

    We believe it's important that all teammates have the ability to save and plan for their future. We cover all admin fees for the Guideline 401k plan and the plan is structured around funds with industry-low expense ratios. This means more of your savings are invested towards your future.
