We give the non-technical people in a company the ability to query, transform and take action on all the data their company has in AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
Our three co-founders were VPs of Product, Marketing and Engineering at Salesforce, have been a part of 3 successful acquisitions collectively, left to start Stride because we saw a massive opportunity, and love building early-stage teams.
The team is over 65% referral. Many of us had great experiences working together before Stride, and we are building a fun, collaborative and exceptional team. This is more than just “work” to us.
Our Series A was led by Sutter Hill Ventures, and our Board Members (Mike Speiser and Kirk Bowman) sit on the boards of several public companies like Atlassian, Pure Storage, Sumo Logic, Snowflake Computing, etc.
Our engineering team always operates in teams of 2-4 people. Each project starts with a 1-pager that communicates the goals and approach that the team wants to take. On any given week, we designate one team as
interruptible, so they can handle issues that need attention, and keep the rest of the team focused. Every teammate largely operates in a full-stack capacity, and people are encouraged to work on different parts of the product or areas that they want to learn. As a company, we hold weekly demos on Fridays to celebrate progress.
We give our customers ability to query, find patterns and build logic across several live data sources and billions of rows in near-real time, all through an easy to use interface.
You would get to work on our program pipeline, which processes billions of datapoints to trigger actions with minutes of delay.
You would get to work on our profiles, and finding creative ways to automatically infer attributes about users based on a stream of data.
You would get to work on our sync architecture, which controls ingest from and actions to several different systems for each customer.
We’re looking for teammates who are eager to contribute in big ways across product, team and technology. We're collaborative and every teammate should know why we're doing something and have a voice in how we do things.
