Engineering at Stride Software
Our engineering team always operates in teams of 2-4 people. Each project starts with a 1-pager that communicates the goals and approach that the team wants to take. On any given week, we designate one team as interruptible
, so they can handle issues that need attention, and keep the rest of the team focused. Every teammate largely operates in a full-stack capacity, and people are encouraged to work on different parts of the product or areas that they want to learn. As a company, we hold weekly demos on Fridays to celebrate progress.
We give our customers ability to query, find patterns and build logic across several live data sources and billions of rows in near-real time, all through an easy to use interface.
You would get to work on our program pipeline, which processes billions of datapoints to trigger actions with minutes of delay.
You would get to work on our profiles, and finding creative ways to automatically infer attributes about users based on a stream of data.
You would get to work on our sync architecture, which controls ingest from and actions to several different systems for each customer.
