Engineering at Subskribe
We have a very collaborative engineering culture and work Kanban style. We sync up on a regular basis to discuss where we're at and prioritize a list of things we want to accomplish. We hold regular design review sessions to gather feedback, and review each other's code for the same reason. We use Gitlab and also run our CI off of Gitlab.
We need to deal with both the complexity of typical enterprise use cases as well as the scale of consumer applications. One of the main challenges will be in providing a flexible platform that is easily customizable and ease to use but also maintainable.
