Engineering at Synthesis School, Inc.
Our engineering team is small enough to support a Kanban style of work. Our Product team consolidates feature and product opportunities across our user base and organization and collaborates with engineering to determine scope and prioritization. Engineers develop code that gets passed through a code review process before being tested for quality assurance and deployed to production.
We are a global company, so ensuring that events are understood in a global and local sense is very important. We develop simulations with 20+ simultaneous users, requiring use of WebSocket technology. We develop embedded video conferencing solutions for in-session collaboration between students and coaches.
You will get to work on a portal product that provides the main user interface to students, parents, coaches, and operations.
You will get to work on a simulation orchestration API and feature platform
You will get to work on fixes and enhancements to pre-existing and future simulations
