We run a weekly sprint and periodic updates. All our code is managed through GitHub with regular code reviews and required tests for every commit.

Working at taraxa.io
We're very easy-going and reasonable people but highly goal-oriented. We work pretty hard but are very flexible with schedules, and understand that tons of stuff happens in life and we work together to get around it.

Flexible Hours
We usually do 10am to 6pm, sometimes more, sometimes less, pretty flexible. If a team member needs to take a few days to work from home that's pretty cool too. As long as the job gets done and no additional collaborative friction is created we're OK with pretty much anything.

Work from Home
Work from home is our default way to work! Our entire team has been working from home since COVID hit, and we've had a globally distributed team since the project's founding. We have a mature collaborative process in place to ensure that everyone is productive, even when it's across 3 timezones with 15+ hours of time difference.
