We have built role based permissions to access various modules of software (for example nurses versus physician/surgeons) for high level HIPAA compliance. Moreover, we have rule based data mining built in to the software to generate various compliance reports on the fly

Projects you might work on

You would get to scale from MVP to Enterprise Cloud installation with CD/CI
You would be using APIs for Web and iOS integration; and build new APIs for different modules
