Engineering at Tembo Health
You'll be building products that enable doctors and nurses to meaningfully improve the quality of care of our patients. Such work means you'll:
a) Work across engineering, product, and design to identify user needs and ship high quality products. b) Contribute both to existing applications and develop new ones from scratch. c) Leverage existing APIs (e.g. medical record systems, video conferencing, digital connected devices) to build feature rich applications quickly and efficiently. d) Design and ship data insight tools for better clinical decision making.
You'll build tools and systems that enable data driven decision making. This means that
a) Your code will help make us make better decisions in our business, so we can scale our impact on the world and help more people. b) Leverage internal and external data sources to produce actionable metrics, help us grow our business and maximize our patient impact as quickly as possible.
