Engineering team and processes

We have a world class CTO who has worked at Lockheed Martin, McKesson, Sharecare, Red Ventures, and run all of Dr. Oz's digital properties. We are a very very data lead organization that has systemized everything – sales, account management, etc.

Technical Challenges

Scaling a marketplace (supply vs. demand) is very very challenging. It requires technical acumen but also business savvy. As such I (a non technical Founder) will also work very closely with this hire.

At a high level we are trying to turn art (photography) into science (data). By building an elegant Machine Learning matching system to bring the best 3 photographers to any client for an assignment with no human intervention or involvement.
