TherigySTM is Therigy's specialty patient management software solution, built by pharmacists, for pharmacists. Interoperable with major dispensing systems and EHRs, TherigySTM provides a pharmacy with standardized patient care plans for some of the deadliest diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis C and every form of cancer. To date we help manage care plans for over 30 different diseases. We help track, monitor, and prove patient outcomes and pharmacy key metrics - all within one system that scales with pharmacy's growth.

Engineering at Therigy
We follow Agile very closely, we perform a daily stand up which are only 15 minutes to identify blockers. We do weekly backlog grooming and follow 2 week sprints. Our retro is very important to us, we track all feedback and work to resolve issues, anything not solved in retro is ticketed out into its own session.
We are a truly cloud native application, we leverage over a dozen AWS services and use Terraform + Serverless framework to help provide IaC. Over the past 3 years we have been migrating our services to Serverless & Kubernetes (with a preference on Serverless) while handling our large growth, doubling our patient count every year as our customer base grows.
Dispensing system & EMR integrations, allowing us to synchronize the pharmacy and health system on how the patient's care plan is being executed, and any hurdles the patient is facing.
Preventing feedback loops is a priority for TherigySTM as it results in time wasted that does not help the patient, and distracts care providers from providing care.
Mobile assessments are key to modern pharmacy treatment, the average patient takes 3 phone calls to receive a response from, but will respond to text messages over 60% of the time. Our system automatically sends out assessments directly to the patients, which saves them a phone call, and then notifies the pharmacist when their responses have been received.
This allows us to increase care quality while decreasing the time spent on the phone.
Migration to React 16.x
We have been migrating from Angular to React 16 due to better test-ability and the backwards incompatible changes when migrating from Angular 2.x to Angular 6+. During this migration we are also cleaning up some inconsistencies in our UI and switching from selenium to Cypress.

We are a DevOps / Agile culture, that emphasizes feedback and continual improvement. We take our retrospectives seriously and write action plans for items that are brought up. Generous Vacation
Therigy offers 3 weeks of PTO + 5 personal days + 7 federal holidays.
After 4 years of tenure the base PTO increases to 4 weeks + the additions above.

Flexible Hours
We offer a flexible schedule of 10am-4pm, as long as you are available for any meetings, which we only schedule on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
