Requirements:

• You are passionate about designing, implementing and maintaining products

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering

• Minimum 3+ years of Node development experience.

• Experience with NodeJS frameworks such as Koa, Express, or Next.js

• Minimum 1+ years of development experience using React

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with web applications

• Fluent in Javascript ES6 and ES7 including async/await

• Experience with serverless design patterns

• Experience with AWS including Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and S3

• Experience with HTML and CSS

• Experience with high-volume transactional systems and public facing APIs

• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and tooling such as Gitlab CI or Jenkins

• Experience with service-oriented architectures

• Understands object-oriented and functional programming, data structures

• Experience writing complex algorithms

• Desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly

Bonus Experience:• Experience working in a dev-ops environment• Experience with Agile Methodologies & Lean Development• Experience in automated testing frameworks such as Cucumber or Nightwatch• Experience with NoSQL Databases such as Mongo or Redis• Experience with Terraform Hiring Practices The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
