As the first engineering hire, you'll interface directly with the CEO and Head of Product for all development efforts. You'll be engaged in product design, implementation, and testing. The expectation is that you'll bear a ton of responsibility and push code daily.

A client is launching a multimillion dollar promotion in 4 weeks. In order to support their program, we need to build new API endpoints that allow for on-demand approval of rewards and custom real-time analytics.
We want to add reward options in Latin America, which requires integrating with a new vendor. You'll be responsible for all technical communication with the vendor, implementation and testing.
Build complex SQL queries for our business intelligence tools. Our business model isn't as simple as month-to-month subscription SaaS contracts. Calculating historical and forecasting future revenues require sophisticated analysis.
