We are rapidly growing our engineering team and looking for full-stack engineers, as well as engineering managers.
Building the best product
The Triplebyte Product Engineering team is now 11 people, and most of us went through the Triplebyte process :) We move fast, release new features daily and iterate quickly. We're split between a couple of product squads, each working with a lot of autonomy alongside a great Product Manager to build features that drive specific metrics that are critical to the company's success.
Being full-stack engineers lets us move quickly with minimal overhead between different parts of the stack. It also lets us be flexible and have everyone working on the highest priority tasks, since there are often differing amounts of frontend vs backend work to be done at different times. That said, if you're passionate about what we're building here at Triplebyte but you consider yourself more of a frontend or backend focused engineer, we'd still love to talk to you!
Our frontend is mostly in React/Redux. Our backend is in Ruby on Rails, Postgres and Redis. (We also use Python with Tensorflow for all our Machine Learning work)
Join us and help us build and scale an amazing product! We value initiative, productivity, and ownership.
Triplebyte is a hiring marketplace used by companies like Apple, Dropbox, Stripe, and Instacart to hire the best technical talent. We are on a mission to build a meritocratic hiring process, and we do all our evaluation background blind. Our ultimate goal is to collect the largest dataset and use this to build the world's best technical hiring process. No other company has successfully done what we're doing in this field.
We are growing extremely quickly, working on a problem that is fundamental, sitting at the crossroads between the workforce and employers. Ten years from now, it'll look silly to use anything other than Triplebyte for technical hiring.
We have a laid-back, friendly office culture. Over lunch you'll often find us discussing the latest in technology, books, and pop culture, and then maybe getting in a quick game of chess or babyfoot (foosball).
Since we're an early-stage company, we move fast, and it's important that each member of our team is able to take ownership of projects by defining problems, brainstorming solutions, and running experiments.
