Engineering at Trust

Engineering team and processes

We are building out the foundation of our engineering team. We intend to keep our engineering team as flat as possible, with each engineer empowered to make decisions and be accountable for their work product. We work on sprints of one or two weeks with minimal meetings to keep the team in sync. Source control is through Github and pull requests. Our core engineering values are developer trust, team collaboration, and product ownership.

Technical Challenges

Our platform is growing rapidly and handles thousands of requests (and counting) per day. We're building a variety of tools to help customers and internal users including financial technology, content creation/management, social features, and a growing data pipeline.

Projects you might work on
  • You would work on our financial platform as we scale to thousands of daily transactions and help to build out our fintech feature set.

  • You would work on our data pipeline for digital businesses providing community insights through aggregated, anonymized data collected from a constantly growing set of sources.

  • You would work on our content tool for publishing, displaying, and (eventually) syndicating original and third party content.
