We are a team of nurses and innovators that are reimagining how healthcare staffing works. We connect healthcare workers with caregiving facilities by displacing the recruiter-centric staffing agency with our intelligent matching marketplace. Our platform significantly lowers costs and decreases time-to-fill by connecting the right caregivers with the right opportunities at the right times.

Digital labor marketplaces are just beginning to emerge in healthcare, and you’ll join a uniquely experienced team with ample funding, top-tier investors, and ambitions to become the preeminent leaders in the space. Come join us!

What we're looking for: Your mission is to architect and develop mobile software that solves impactful user experience and business problems to help us serve and delight our customers at scale. You'll work in a highly collaborative environment with other engineering, design, product, and healthcare professional teammates to help us continuously improve our products and team. There is a tremendous amount of opportunity in front of us, and continuously improving our software ecosystem has a direct positive impact on our ability to support healthcare professionals and keep up with the awesome demand for Trusted's platform.

We use Ruby on Rails for our backend, React for our web clients, React Native for our mobile app, along with GraphQL, Elasticsearch, and Postgres, although direct experience with these technologies is not required. Example projects include services that automate complex communication trees and business processes, a matching engine that measures the relevance of jobs across many vectors, realtime event and analytics pipelines, 3rd party service integrations, and more.

Your responsibilities: Owning the development on new and existing features for a React Native mobile application used by healthcare workers to seamlessly communicate with employers, streamline normalized data collection at scale traditionally done via fax/phone/paper processes Maintain and enhance existing features using React Native Streamline normalized data collection at scale to replace traditional, paper-based workflows Keep up-to-date with App/Play Store policies Building new UI components, product features, and reusable systems/abstractions across the stack Collaborating with design and product teammates to help make UI/UX decisions

You are: Collaborative | You are passionate about our mission and excited for the work we do. You take pride in building software that doesn't just work, but is also delightful to use.

Proactive | You act without being told what to do and bring new ideas to the company. You want to join a modern software development team that iterates and ships code rapidly.

Works with honesty & integrity | You work to earn trust and maintain confidence of internal and external stakeholders. You do what is right, not just what is expedient.

Strategic thinker | You determine opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends. You are able to deal with complexity and change.

About Trusted

Trusted Health is improving access to care by rethinking the way health care workers connect with caregiving facilities across the entire US, and employing them at scale.

An aging population, staffing shortages and rising levels of clinician burnout have all contributed to a healthcare crisis in the U.S. Today, we’re asking more from our clinicians than ever before, but we don’t always provide them with the necessary support to find and build healthy, fulfilling careers.

We're looking for new teammates that are interested in taking on ownership across our product and engineering verticals to help support our company's rapid growth. Engineering plays a special role at Trusted - we are applying modern web, mobile, and software automation engineering practices to help serve our nurses at scale and attack efficiency problems that plague the healthcare industry.

Company Culture

At Trusted, we subscribe to a set of beliefs that help guide how we work, connect, and problem solve. We meet challenges along the way together, with a voice, with intention, and in a way that reflects who we are and why we’re here.
