An aging population, staffing shortages and rising levels of clinician burnout have all contributed to a healthcare crisis in the U.S. Today, we’re asking more from our clinicians than ever before, but we don’t always provide them with the necessary support to find and build healthy, fulfilling careers.

Engineering at Trusted Health
Engineering teams are strategically oriented around the main components of our business -> helping nurses find jobs that are relevant to them, supporting them while they are working in a scalable way, and working with demand partners to get jobs into our marketplace. Our products and systems need to drive this growth and there is a lot of complexity that goes into all of this at scale. Our goal is to enable teams to do anything they need to drive impact for our users and internal teams. We run a light form of agile.
Engineers on our team are responsible for:
— Helping ideate and build products/features from scratch and improving existing features/systems to tackle scaling bottlenecks
— Building efficient and reusable systems and abstractions
— Participating in code reviews, bi-weekly sprints, and product meetings
— Collaborating with the design teammates to iterate on the design and implementation of our product
— Developing software and processes that replace or reduce work traditionally solved in the industry by hiring teams of people
— Continuously deploying web and mobile clients and servers
— Realtime event pipelines that power everything from internal business processes to customer notifications
— Using Elasticsearch to power search, candidate matching engines, other services
— Scaling web services
A React web application and supporting backend systems that power the core of our business. The platform is used by thousands of healthcare professionals to manage their career and find the right job at the right time around the country.
Internal applications, tools, and services that help teammates provide an awesome experience for healthcare professionals and win in the marketplace. Examples include services that automate the ingestion and submission of information to/from job providers, candidate/job matching engines, services that automatically generate PDF documents, realtime event and analytics pipelines, 3rd party service integrations, etc.
A React Native mobile application used by healthcare workers to seamlessly communicate with employers, streamline information submission at scale traditionally done via fax/phone/paper, and find the right job at the right time around the country.
