What we're looking for: Your mission is to architect and develop mobile software that solves impactful user experience and business problems to help us serve and delight our customers at scale. You'll work in a highly collaborative environment with other engineering, design, product, and healthcare professional teammates to help us continuously improve our products and team. There is a tremendous amount of opportunity in front of us, and continuously improving our software ecosystem has a direct positive impact on our ability to support healthcare professionals and keep up with the awesome demand for Trusted's platform.

We use Ruby on Rails for our backend, React for our web clients, React Native for our mobile app, along with GraphQL, Elasticsearch, and Postgres, although direct experience with these technologies is not required. Example projects include services that automate complex communication trees and business processes, a matching engine that measures the relevance of jobs across many vectors, realtime event and analytics pipelines, 3rd party service integrations, and more.

Your responsibilities: Owning the development on new and existing features for a React Native mobile application used by healthcare workers to seamlessly communicate with employers, streamline normalized data collection at scale traditionally done via fax/phone/paper processes Maintain and enhance existing features using React Native Streamline normalized data collection at scale to replace traditional, paper-based workflows Keep up-to-date with App/Play Store policies Building new UI components, product features, and reusable systems/abstractions across the stack Collaborating with design and product teammates to help make UI/UX decisions
