Engineering at Tundra
Due to increased demand for agility and frequent irregular releases we recently moved to a Kanban based process. Instead of trying to plan releases in fixed timeframes, we work on the most important tickets first and try to push them to production as soon as possible by focusing on them as a team. We use Jira for tracking the stories, Git as repository and Circle CI for continuous integration.
