What you’ll do
Build reliable, scalable systems within a best-in-class SaaS architecture. You’ll tackle challenging technical problems across our stack, from managing data pipelines (Python/Airflow/Docker) to delivering feature-rich interfaces and visualizations (React/Redux), all within a growing microservices infrastructure.
Learn from industry experts and tech visionaries. We design and build with input from incredible technical advisors – founders/CTOs of billion-dollar companies like MuleSoft and MobileIron, heads of product/engineering at Square and Amplitude.
Drive our mission: help companies make better decisions for their people. We’ve already helped our clients drive important changes such as addressing the gender pay gap. You’ll help make employee careers more intelligent, data-driven, and fair.
What you’ve done
We invest in raw talent and potential over credentials. But regardless of background, we look for demonstrated excellence and high levels of performance:
3+ years experience building complex data systems or web applications. You’ve been responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining back-end systems and/or applications. Specifically, you’re experienced in one or more of the following (and excited to learning more about the rest!): -- Data pipelines and back-end architectures -- Front-end development in modern JS frameworks -- Building (and integrating with) APIs with rich data payloads -- Software development and DevOps best practices
Software engineering: You are an excellent engineer. You consistently build highly performant, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems. You understand the craft of software engineering and you insist on technical excellence from yourself and teams around you.
