Our teams are organized around different areas of our web and mobile apps. Each team has 3-6 engineers with an imbedded QA, PM and product designer. We employ flow based software development using CI/CD (30+ deployments per day). Daily stand-ups and weekly demos are the only regular departmental meetings. About half of our engineers are remote and the other half are spread among three offices (Mountain View, San Francisco, and Atlanta).
Upgrading / migrating tooling to newest version of various frameworks, ML/AI initiatives, exploring and implementing microservices architecture.
