Backend Engineer

Our goal is to improve company outcomes & value for customers, employees, and shareholders. Starting a company has become easier, but growing a company is just as hard. We are bringing the best advice from venture capitalists, successful entrepreneurs, and CFOs to the fingertips of startups to help them grow from formation to IPO.

We will start by helping startups improve their financial performance, which determines a company’s ability to raise venture capital, at what valuation, which attracts great talent to the company and ultimately drives employee and investor returns.

We are building the founding team to help define the technical framework, define the culture, be part of product/business strategy, and of course, build fast.

Located everywhere (started in San Francisco!)

We will get to define the company culture together. What I value is low ego, high output problem solving, diverse people, backgrounds and perspectives and being intentional with your time.
