Today Vantage Point is actively developing the platform and the products to train people on EQ-driven and Soft Skills that matter, with the ultimate goal of enabling humans to unlock their full potential.
Vantage Point started with immersive Anti-Sexual Harassment Training in 2019, with the plans to expand to other areas in 2020.
Vantage Point's investors include Josh Resnick (founder of Pandemic Studios), Quentin Clark (the CTO of Dropbox), and Village Global (LPs include Mark Zuckerberg and Marissa Mayer).
Our pipeline is 95% inbound, contains 65% Fortune 500s, has over 55 qualified opportunities, we closed 6 customers in the last 2 months including the 2nd largest Employment Law Firm Globally and #3 company on Fortune 500 list.
Our investors include the most prominent technology leaders/builders/coders of the last 2 decades (Josh Resnick, Quentin Clark, Village Global — Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos).

Our engineering team operates on two week cycles. Each cycle begins with scoping and ends with pushing to production and showing the team what they've completed. Engineers hack together, collaborate, and work with Head of Engineering / designers / other teams to develop, co-create, and build features. We want engineers to be empowered to build high quality code that they believe in. We are a lean startup team and want everyone to feel like they have a real impact on our software and company’s success. In addition to engineering, you’ll be working directly with the founding team during the early stages of a fast growing startup.
We're building a scalable SaaS platform leveraging ML / AI for analytics and scheduling — needs to support deploying to the worlds largest companies at scale. We're building custom immersive solutions for training and using early and unique UX intel to do it!
Developing client side
Viewfeatures using ReactJS and building reusable code for platform Building, designing and writing NodeJS features for some of the business logic and core features
