Engineering at Vera Security
Engineers work closely with product to spec out features and roadmap. We use BitBucket and JIRA to manage stories, prioritize our kanban board and perform code reviews.
We run sprints in two week cycles. Each cycle begins with a planning meeting to estimate effort involved for items in a prioritized list of tasks to see what can be taken up in the current sprint. At the end of each sprint we have a retrospective to discuss how it went and start grooming for next sprint.
We're at a stage where we are hyper focused on accelerating growth, to that end we are tackling issues with scaling our tech stack and simplifying our workflows to make our product available not just to large enterprise companies but also to small businesses as well.
You would get to work on streamlining our product for quicker onboarding and expanding growth.
Work on latest web & backend technologies to build and consume REST APIs.
Ability to integrate with email providers to compose a secure email.
Establish process for style guides, git workflows, & document business workflows.
