Engineering team and processes

We have weekly tech review meetings to discuss new development and dev map schedule. Tier 1 level engineers work on tickets, customer facing issues, and system maintenance. Advanced engineers are focused on new development and only work on tickets when escalated above tier 1. We use Microsoft Team Foundation services to manage the backlog of requests and GitHub for code reviews. We use Zoho Desk to manage Tech Support tickets. While working remotely during COVID, we have adopted Microsoft Teams and use Video calls for internal communication to keep the team connected.
