Engineering at Voyage
We employ Agile Scrum development methodology, with allowances for live-ops issues. We are on a two week sprint cycle, and employ most of the standard Scrum formalities with some variations to accommodate our unique team environment. Each member of our team is multi talented and has the ability to work both collaboratively and individually as needed. Every member of the team has the ability to contribute to the product code, automations, dev-ops and interact directly with management and clients. All of our team members work remotely, so excellent communication skills and self-motivation are a must!
We are a small team working on a sophisticated product in a very dynamic, rapidly growing industry. These factors come together to create a challenging and exciting environment.
