Driven by a creator-first philosophy, VSCO supports the creative journey from start to finish — not only providing photographers with tools, but also with the education, community, and connections required to unlock their potential.

Our mission is to uplift creators and to help their voices to be heard. This mission also pours into our company culture. We are a very empathetic company, and highly value collaboration and authenticity. We believe people are at their best when they can be themselves.
We've invested a lot of resources and energy in ensuring that people feel like they can be themselves when they come to work. Being a creative company, we focus a lot of our efforts to ensure we're uplifting voices of creators on our platform. Internally, we've launched various ERGs, an employee led DEI committee (with this work being recognized within our talent reviews),

Generous Vacation
We have a Flexible PTO policy. We also recognize the following holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day + the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Our office also has a soft close from December 20th through January 1st, 2022. Lastly, we've launched Creative Fridays, which allows employees to spend the First Friday of every month on a creative endeavor of their choice).
