Ware is an enterprise-grade supply chain digitization platform building technology at the intersection of robotics and machine learning. Trusted by leading logistics companies, we help organizations operate more efficiently by implementing automation into their workflows. Our first product leverages the power of drones to transform the way warehouses and distribution centers accomplish the critical task of tracking inventory. We're funded by leading investors, like Bloomberg Beta, and partnered with innovative companies, like Skydio.
Why join us?
We've continued to grow and close new business during a global pandemic by deploying our product remotely; a very difficult challenge for any robotics system and a unique advantage of our tech stack.
Our team has decades of combined experience with drones and logistics from Amazon, Uber, Intel, and DroneDeploy.
You'll have an opportunity to make a huge and immediate impact at an early-stage company, with your code deployed in production at large customer sites, and reap the rewards of doing so.
Engineering at Ware
We use an agile process organized around 2-week sprints that culminate in Friday demo days. As a small team, we're able to get everyone together for a daily stand-up so you'll always know what's going on. Team members are encouraged to reach out on Slack or pop on a video chat to sync up. Developing code can include test flying drones or running analysis across thousands of images to prove out robustness.
We're building a system that includes autonomous flying robots collecting vast amounts of imagery and metadata. Every piece of data that we collect needs to be analyzed to produce an actionable report to deliver value to our customers.
Teach our robots how to navigate the steel jungle of a warehouse by themselves, get the pictures, and get the data to the cloud for analysis.
Build out web API's for exchanging data with our customer's warehouse management systems.
Create scalable pipelines to process data with computer vision and machine learning.
