Engineering at Warmly

Engineering team and processes

Our Engineering team operates on a two-week sprint cycle for product development. Our CTO recently built a fantastic process that keeps the entire Engineering team aligned on deliverables, flexibility in the case of material information, and collaborative outlets to share ideas and suggestions.

Technical Challenges

We've recently pitched to the Head of Product at Zoom and got approved for a partnership with Zoom (the video conference tool) and are building out a people network product from ground up. You get the creative joys of building out huge features from scratch at our early stage startup, while having awesome eng teammates who know good infra and eng practices. Our engineers get to hop in with sessions with users, work closely with the product and design team, and are an integral driver in our product direction.

Projects you might work on
  • Architect and scale our backend system to support increasingly large sync events for calendar data and people data, and our growing core product functionality.

  • Build many core features from scratch, all around helping people connect with each other over video chat in this remote work world. We're happy to let you focus on UI or focus on backend, or give you the opportunity to learn both and do fullstack.
