Engineering at Workona
Our engineering team works in two week sprints. We’re a small team right now so we move fast and are always willing to adjust our work as new insights, ideas, and objectives are discovered. We work closely with each other to ensure we are contributing uniform and high quality code. We use pull requests to facilitate code reviews. We care deeply about creating a sustainable code base that our future selves will be thankful for.
We’re pretty maniacal about user experience. That means everything needs to work the way it should - and in many cases that means in multiple ways. We are creating a product that people use for hundreds or thousands of micro-interactions every day. The experience must be flawless.
