Engineering at XTM
Our engineering team consists of weekly scrum cycles. At the end of each cycle we meet for a retro and then a sizing/planning session for the next week. Our dev teams works closely with our design and product team to create new and interesting additions to our product on a a daily basis. We have a fully developed CICD pipeline which makes development and environment testing a breeze. All of our code is hosted in github and we have a strict review and PR policy in order to initiate builds into sandbox/staging and then into production.
We interface with many partners in order to make our product work. In this space, many of our partners don't always use the most recent technologies which makes it challenging to provide a service that our members have come to expect. However, we continue to think out of the box and work around the limitations of many of our partners.
Building out brand new micro-services for new and important features of our product such as rewards and tip pooling calculators.
Creating a brand new rewards mobile app from scratch for our card holders.
Turning data points that are captured by our many cardholders into a resource that we can easily monetize. We have millions of transactions every month.
