We are building from the ground-up and are looking for someone who gets excited about translating a big vision into bite-sized chunks and has a clear bias toward action. This is a rare opportunity to have a leadership role in deciding not just the technology stack but is an equal partner in product design decisions.
We're looking for someone with experience interfacing with a lot of data, integrations with a ton of APIs, and has strong opinions (weakly held) about implementation, design, and user experience. They also care about building a product that makes money... especially when the product is empathetically-designed.
They also need to know how to operate fluently in a distributed-first culture and this person desires to not just contribute to the existing culture (process, workflow, behavior) but also design, nurture, and craft it as if it were their own (because, it is)! More specifically, they are world-class communicators and love sharing their work (and life) with others!
We've built a community-building platform that our customers can install on their own website with one-line of JS code. This creates a real-time / async chat that allows website visitors to become community members, right on the customer's homepage.
It's kind of like having a Slack (or Discord Chat) right on your own website.
The biz model is B2B SaaS.
