Role Description

Our company tagline is 'Simplify the Complex' and internally we strive to 'Be Better'. We're looking for someone who can help us with these things as they relate to our fully distributed team. What this means to us is:

  1. A penchant for delivering critiques, asking questions, and helping mentor our developers so they upgrade their skills and methodologies.
  2. Ability to think critically and code review a wide range of code that impacts the entire stack.
  3. Exceptional coding skills in Go/Node.js would be a bonus.

In short, this person will speak with our developers on a daily basis. The main objectives are to keep them on task, encourage them to think through the problems they're tasked to solve while considering the impact of their code on other areas, and generally assist our team to 'Be Better' and deliver products/solutions that 'Simplify the Complex' for our clients.

As this is a leadership role that dictates significant discussion upon technical decisions, this role is ideally located in Singapore. At an absolute minimum, the time zone to be worked would be GMT +8 as our team is largely distributed throughout Asia.
