What do we do?

Our mission is help companies run better by building great performance management software. We make it easy for companies to manage their goals and performance reviews.

We bring company, team, and individual level goals into one place so everyone see how things connect and how their coming along. Lattice helps remind everyone to post progress updates on their goals on a regular basis so you know where to resolve issues and where to invest more resources.

Why join us?

1) The software we're building has a huge impact on how companies manage their teams and how easy it is for people to fulfill their potential at work. We're literally shaping how managers do highly important and personal things like performance reviews. Given how much time we all spend at work, our software has a lot of potential to increase how happy people are at work (and as a consequence in their lives).

2) We're an early stage startup that has already signed up some marquee customers including Reddit and Wepay. Our revenue is growing 30-50% month over month, which puts us in the top tier of startups our stage.

3) Our co-founder and CTO has contributed a lot to open source, especially the React and GraphQL projects (check out his Github page: and was previously the lead engineer at Teespring.

4) We're funded by some of the top investors in the technology industry including Sam Altman, Vinod Khosla and Marc Benioff.

5) We're using a modern web stack, including React and GraphQL.

Technical challenges

1) We're a small team where you'll be challenged with a lot of responsibility. We expect you to do more than just code - you'll be thinking about product design, talking to our customers and put together a plan for launching new features.

2) Our challenges are focused on product design. We have a lot of different stakeholders using our product - individual contributors, managers, CEOs and executive teams. Every single level of the company interacts with our product. We need to find a way to balance all their differing needs and make our product useful for all of them.
